The project was developed as part of the thesis at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Education, Department of Germanic. The author of all scripts (PHP, HTML, SQL, etc.), Dejan Gregor, graduate of Germanic and geography specializing in geographic information systems (GIS) and architecture of dictionary systems.

Since the end of December 2012, the following dictionaries have been developed:

German IPA dictionary
Old High German dictionary
Gothic Dictionary

The motive for the development of such systems was absent in the awareness of the depressed dictionaries in Slovenia – transcription and pronunciation of words and dt in the study of Germanic languages ​​at the research subjects such as historical linguistic research and theory of language.
